Here's what you need to know about the next steps for securely sharing your documents and handling specific institutional requirements.
1. Using Institution Names Provided at Checkout
- Entering an institution’s name during checkout helps us process your order based on any requirements we’re aware of.
- Important: Providing an institution's name does not mean that Scholaro will automatically share your completed documents with them. Sharing must be explicitly requested by you.
2. How to Share Your Completed Evaluation Report
There are several ways to share your report once it's ready:
- Share by Email Feature:

- Download an E-Copy:
- Download an electronic version of your report directly from your Scholaro account and share it with anyone you choose.
3. When Institutions Have Direct Accounts with Scholaro
- If your institution has a direct account with Scholaro and you use their specific order link, your completed report will automatically be available to them through a secure Scholaro portal.
- For standard orders, you will need to manually share your report using one of the digital options listed above.
4. Security and Document Sharing
- Scholaro does not automatically send documents via email if the request is only mentioned in the order comments due to privacy and security concerns.
- Only institutions with an official Scholaro account can access files directly through our system.
5. Understanding Translation Files
- Official Translations: If you ordered an evaluation and translation together, one copy of the official translation will be mailed with the evaluation report on the first shipment.
- Unofficial Translations: These are used internally by Scholaro and are not meant for public distribution.
- Translation files are not included in the Share by Email feature or downloadable reports but can be shared by you directly.
6. Verifying Scholaro Reports
- Any recipient can verify the authenticity of your Scholaro evaluation report using specific information on Scholaro's website.
- This verification does not include translation files.
7. Shipping Your Documents
- Standard Shipping: If you requested shipping for your evaluation, your documents will be shipped on the next business day after your order status changes to "Order is ready." unless you request them to be shipped on the same day and the request is made during business hours.
- Translation Orders: Translation orders alone do not include shipping options, but they will be shipped together with your evaluation if both were ordered at the same time.
