After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
This number helps us locate your order if you contact us. The best way is to reply directly to the confirmation email.
You can view your order number, current status, and order history by logging into your Scholaro account (a link is included in the confirmation email).
Your account also shows the estimated time of completion for your order.
We begin reviewing newly submitted orders during business hours. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll contact you by email. Please check your email and your account status regularly for updates.
There are several ways to share your report once it's ready:
Combined Orders: If evaluation and translation services are ordered in one order, they will be shipped together in a single package. If they are ordered separately, combined shipping is not guaranteed. Orders are shipped on the next business day after the order status changes to “Order is Ready.” If you would like documents shipped on the same day, the request must be made during business hours and confirmed by our Customer Service team.
Extra Copies: When extra copies are added to an order with both an evaluation and a translation, the extra copies apply only to the evaluation report. Only one printed copy of the translation is included.
