View Status and Reports

  1. Click here or sign in to My Account
  2. Click on Applicants (skip to step 3 if you don't place orders)
    3. If you do not see the Applicants button, then you must contact us to add your login to your organization's account.
  3. The Applicants page includes the following fields:
    1. Applicant Name
    2. Status
    3. Ready On - estimated completion date
    4. Ref. ID - order ID
    5. Description - equivalency results
  4. Once the status says Completed, click on the applicant to view their report
